When Opterus launched with our first customer 2010 we set out to literally replace paper mail bags and fax machines with a technology that could empower your workforce by helping you connect, engage, and educate your associates, all while streaming your communication, workflow, and tasking. At Opterus we have always followed the philosophy to create a solution that is as simple as possible but no simpler. That first customer, 14 years later, is still taking advantage of our proven scalability, and multi-language functionality. The Opterus solution is now being used by some of the world’s largest retailers.
The relationships we have with our trusted customers are very important to us, so much so that this past week we participated in four major community building events to nourish our partnerships.
• We hosted a very engaging Client Forum, where we had Dustin Carmona from
Academy Sports discuss his approach to workload and labour planning. As well as
Bryna Prubant from PetValu who launched OPSCENTER in April, ask for advice on
how to foster adoption and change management.
• We traveled to Orlando, Florida to attend the 2024 Dollar Tree and Family DollarField Leadership Summit, where Regional Directors, District Managers and Zone VP’s from across both Canada and the USA had the opportunity to learn more about the essential tools they use each day for operational success, including OPSCENTER!
• We headed to beautiful Calgary, Alberta to support the 2024 PetValu trade show.
We were pleased to be able to show them just how powerful the OPSCENTER (labeled ACELink for Pet Valu) application can be for managing tasks, messages and all areas of store communications.
• And finally, we were able to sponsor this year’s 19th Annual GNC Live Well
Foundation Charity Golf Outing. The two-day event was in support of the American
Diabetes Association, raising a whopping 500k for the cause.
It was an amazing month all around so far for Opterus, full of learning, camaraderie, and celebration!
